Description

This includes a 30 minute review conducted monthly of your trucking business including but not limited to:

1. Expenses by category: Fuel, repairs, lease costs, tolls, service fees (load board(s), dispatch, contractor, payroll, etc) OTR (any covered driver expenses) insurance, marketing (advertising, recruitment, premiums, brochure, etc.

After a thorough review recommendations are provided as to cost savings, along with an implementation plan. The monthly review may be cancelled at any time.
